14.4 No Class Actions. Any dispute between you and 888cx must be pursued on an individual basis only. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action proceedings, consolidated proceedings, or any proceeding in which you seek to act in a representative capacity on behalf of other 888cx users.
15.1 Termination by You. You may request closure of your 888cx account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the payment method on file within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

16.1 Applicable Law.
